Parents and guardians can pre-order lunch and/or morning tea for Primary School children either by coming to the Canteen in the morning or via the lunch order basket system that some classes have in place.

Canteen seems to be a bit of a black hole for cutlery and crockery, or should I say the black hole is somewhere outside of Canteen…  We started with what seemed like too many forks and spoons and plates and mugs and now we don’t always have enough.  If you are clearing out your kitchen, or someone else’s kitchen, we will gratefully accept donations of pre loved crockery and cutlery.

Thank you to everyone who participated in and helped with the 1/2 Learning Community’s Camping Breakfast on the last day of Term 2.  It was very busy and kind of frantic and amazing people came into the Canteen to help serve and make hot drinks.

You may be aware that Collingwood College runs a welfare programme whereby Canteen provides meals to eligible students.  An invoice for the meals provided is then raised and paid by the school.  I wanted to let you know that some of the proceeds from the Camping Breakfast were applied against the most recent Welfare invoice.

Once again, thank you for supporting us.
