Cogmed Program

Please find below a PDF with information regarding Cogmed a working memory program available to students outside of the school community. Cogmed is an evidence-based, computerised training program designed to improve attention by effectively increasing working memory capacity over a 5 week period. Research and clinical data show improved grades following Cogmed. Published studies have shown Cogmed training to address math skills, reading comprehension and attention deficits. After using Cogmed parents and teachers report improved social skills, taking initiative, remembering instructions, and completing assignments more independently. The objective is better academic results, particularly in reading comprehension and math and Cogmed has a positive record of strong and lasting results.
