TEEN YOGA CLASSES @ Autumn RETREAT THORNBURY

Take some time out to stretch your body, clear your mind and uplift your spirit. Learn valuable life skills to help you focus, release stress, harness energy and tune in to your true self.

 

Classes include stretching, classic yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) plus relaxation and meditation techniques – based on Gita Style Hatha yoga principles

 

Ages 9 -14, No previous yoga experience needed

TERM 4: 13th October – 8th December 2014

MONDAYS – 5 -5.50pm
