Music Enrolments Due in 16 Days

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Please find links to the following documents:

To learn an instrument at Collingwood College in 2015, parent/guardians are required to:

  1. Complete the appropriate enrolment form
  2. Pay EITHER the full fee OR 50% as part of a payment scheme*

*A payment scheme includes paying 50% of the total fee cost on or before November 28th, 2014, then paying 3 additional monthly payments in February, March and April of 2015.  Full Instrumental Music Tuition Fees for the 2015 school year must be paid by April 30th, 2015.

Payment needs to be made on or before November 28th 2014 to secure a place in the program.  Instrument places cannot be guaranteed after this time.  This includes students already learning in the Instrumental Music Program at Collingwood College.  Any existing outstanding Instrumental Music fees must be paid before places can be secured for the 2015 school year.

Payment for Instrumental Music Lessons can be made at the Front Office, or can be made by BPay or Direct Debit.  Financial difficulties will be considered; Payment Plans can be made in consultation with the Principal, Dale Perichon.

Students in the Steiner Education Program at Collingwood College in Classes 3-6 are required to learn a String Instrument as a compulsory part of their Steiner education.  Students in the Steiner program who are not learning an instrument with Collingwood College will be required to provide proof of external tuition, in the form of paid invoices from tutors, or statutory declarations.  Failure to complete these requirements may result in the student being asked to leave the Steiner program.

For further questions or advice on the suitability of instrument for your child, please contact the Music Department on 9412 7712 or the Main Office on 9417 6681.

Kind Regards,

Music Department
