Basketball Clinic with Melbourne United Developmental Coach

On September 10th, NBL Championship player now development coach Mr.Warwick Giddey came to Collingwood College  to do a professional basketball clinic with our students.

The day ran very well with all students being able to enhance their basketball skills in layups, dribble and playing games.

Warwick’s experience as a coach and player was invaluable and his teachings and guidance to all our students was second to none. The professional manner he conducted himself with was nothing but fantastic, and his words, coming from a former championship winning player were a pleasant surprise to our students who took every word he spoke to heart and did their best.

I would like to thank all students who participated in the clinic and a special mention to Frank Stanley, Craig Bradley and all the staff who let their students attend. It was much appreciated.

Thank you again
